Belated holiday gifts and video edited

russian nesting dolls matryoshka wooden
My Love visited friends and family in Europe during the summer and of course he was so sweet to buy me some gifts. Unfortunately he forgot to bring them all when he came home! But receiving belated holiday gifts send over in the mail is a lot of fun, so no hard feelings.
He knows me so well. He picked up these pretty nesting dolls.
Littlest Pet Shop capsule egg toy
And remember i wrote about my love for capsule toys? Looks at this! Blind capsule egg from The Littlest Pet Shop! I never saw these before. I was excited already before i even opened it.
Littlest Pet Shop capsule toy cute squirrel tin
My excitement was even bigger when i found this little squirrel tin inside! Oh, wait, there's something inside it! Ooooh. A tiny tiny squirrel hanger (how do you call these phone embellishment thingies?)

Love and I bought ourselves a great video camera, which he took with him on his trip and he made lots of wonderful footage. We picked one of his instrumental tracks and i edited some of the Amsterdam footage over it. Take a look at my video editing skills! hihi ;) If you like the music you hear, Love has a website with some of his music.

Love the gifts - you have an awesome Love!

We call the 'hanger' a mobile charm, in the USA probably a cell-phone charm. In the UK they are nick-named a 'moby-dangler'.

:o)

*LOL* You crack me up... I love that video and all the stereotyping, too funny. Now don't you give Amsterdam a bad name girl *hehe* I think the rest of the world wouldn't understand the humour that is shown, unless they've been there ;)

I love the music too; very nice, relaxing! And the capsule toy is so cute :)

I love nesting dolls.
When I was in elementary school they used them in math classes.

I bought a set of nesting dolls for my mother in law, not traditional ones, these were a Jewish family, the dad was the biggest and he played violin, the mom was a typical Jewish housewife and so on...
They got lost twice, we never got them. :(

My next tattoo will be a nesting doll. :)
